Clear, S 5–6, visibility 11 nautical miles, fairly rough sea. 0235: Klaus Wilhelm departed for Guernsey with Vp 204/07. 0515: Vp 210/12 arrived from Cherbourg with Weber. 0535: Vp 210/12 departed for Cherbourg with Gerfried and Tinda. 0855: FK 08 returned. 1430: FK 08/22 departed for Les Casquets. 1920: Returned. Salvage work on Vp 703 was abandoned because the inflow of water could not be controlled.
