LXXXIV Corps requests formation of one field replacement battalion each for the 716th, 709th and 319th Divisions, comprising battalion headquarters; 1st–3rd rifle companies; 4th Company for heavy weapons; 5th Company for artillery, antitank and engineer personnel. Passed by telephone to Seventh Army, Captain Schray, on 7 July at 10:45.
