b) Planned Eastern battalion rearmament currently being implemented only for two battalions on Channel Islands. To stock remaining battalions with ammunition according to scale, accelerated rearmament again urgently demanded. c) Hand grenades: ten each for 93,849 coastal-defence combatants; twenty-one each for 11,688 combatants on Channel Islands. Other troops 1.5 equipment scales including Army depot stocks.
