7 August: Jersey harbour commandant relays escort office order: at 22:30 M 4627 and M 4615 to escort Holland, Spes Salutis, Irene, Corona and Meteor from Jersey to Saint-Malo. 22:15: M 4615 with M 4627 and convoy sailed under M 4615's commander. Formation in original. 23:17: Ida 5. 24:00: wind W 4, sea 2–3, good visibility. At Saint-Malo M 4618 ready to sail; M 4610, M 4612 and M 4614 non-operational. Signed Meier.
