6 April 1944 Channel Islands Sea Defence diary
Weather: wind from 293°, 7 metres per second. At 07:46 Casquets strongpoint fired on seven enemy fighters travelling south to north, apparently Buffalo type. No hits observed; no enemy counteraction; no German losses. Ammunition expenditure: twenty 2-cm rounds.
