Editorial note: Interim and final schemes are reproduced as proposals and stages in the order, not as simultaneous completed deployments.
Following the command conference of 29 December 1941, the corps ordered an interim and final reorganisation of its mainland coastal-defence sectors, reserves and divisional boundaries. The staged scheme redistributed formations as outgoing divisions prepared to move east and incoming formations took over their tasks. The four maps record the successive command arrangements and unit locations. They are reproduced below as integral annexes.
