Cloudy, visibility 8 nautical miles, ESE 2–3, sea 1–2. 0640: FK 04/08 returned from patrol. 1200: Two rescue fast boats departed for Guernsey. 1500: FK 08/22 departed for Guernsey. 2130: Vp 704/707/212 departed for Guernsey with Georgi. 2135: FK 02/21 went to patrol position. A carrier pigeon of English origin that had flown to Les Casquets, with a message, was delivered to Island Command. [02 retained as typed.]
