30 June 1942 Additional island construction and static units

On 18 June Fortress Construction Battalion 89 provided two officers, thirty-two NCOs and 197 other ranks for formation of Battalion 13 on Guernsey.

Further static corps units comprised a heavy field howitzer battery, six infantry-gun platoons, two infantry-engineer platoons and two administrative platoons on Jersey and Guernsey; formal establishments were requested.
