Top secret. Initially only I/Grenadier Regiment 739 transfers east. Continue personnel/equipment reorganization of II/726 and II/582 insofar unfinished. 709th/716th NCOs/men fit for eastern service earmarked for II/582 remain with their units until specific orders to move. Leave may be granted within regulations to II/726, II/582 and personnel earmarked for transfer to II/582.
