29 September: Jersey harbour commandant verbally orders five boats with Robert Müller 8 to anchor in Saint Aubin's Bay at 20:30, begin convoy passage to Saint-Malo at 02:00. Escort leader M 4612's commander. 20:30: boats and Robert Müller 8 anchored. Wind N 1, swell, visibility 4–6 nautical miles. Signed Ricker.
