Saint-Marcouf island was inspected on 28 August; no adverse findings. Further divisional report: the fourth exchange transport, eight NCOs and 242 men, arrived in Guernsey. Distribution: commanding general, chief of staff, quartermaster, intelligence, Artillery Commander 118 and operations section.
