28 April 1944 Channel Islands barrage measure unavailable

At 23:53 Naval Commander Brittany advised T 24 and the 24th Minesweeping Flotilla that measure IS 43b of the Channel Islands barrage plan was unavailable. The flotilla was then on passage from Saint-Malo toward Morlaix.
