Contrary to yesterday’s report, the SS Transport Company is quartered at Picauville, 7 km southwest of Sainte-Mère-Église. 2nd Company/Engineer Battalion 384, not the 1st Company, arrived and was quartered at Renjevast, 11 km east-southeast of Cherbourg. Le Senequet island was inspected without adverse findings. 319th Division: third exchange transport, nine NCOs and 276 men, sent to Saint-Malo. Other divisions: no special events. Distribution: commanding general, chief of staff, quartermaster, intelligence, Artillery Commander 118 and operations section.
