Summary: Borum and PT boats established a west–east patrol line ten miles north of Cézembre to prevent reinforcements and supplies reaching the garrison. Squadron 30 records PT 460 making rendezvous with the force at 1940 using a bearing from Sark Light. The night passed without incident.
Editorial note: Related Jersey and Channel Islands blockade context. The Squadron 30 page prints Borum with DE 791; retain the vessel name but note that the Squadron 34 September diary identifies Borum as DE 790 and Maloy as DE 791.
