24 November 1942 Cadre shortages limit further demands on the island division
Date note: The shortage of 282 NCOs belongs to the rebuilding of 161st Division. It is not a shortage within 319th Division.
Army additions. I. Personnel: Seventh Army assigned 59 cadre personnel in exchange for 161st Division recruits. The remaining shortfall of 282 NCOs cannot be met from Seventh Army if only fifteenth-wave divisions and 319th Division may provide cadres.
