24 August: Boat Order 43: M 4600, M 4601 and M 4605 with Paul et Janine, Tourane, Mazagan and Rheinland via Jersey and Granville to Saint-Malo. Release Paul et Janine at Jersey and take over Normand for Granville. 20:45: cast off. 21:15: took over convoy. Wind SW 2–3, sea 1–2, moderate visibility. Formation in original. 23:10: released Paul et Janine for Saint Helier. Signed Ertel.
