23–29 May 1943 Batterie Annes construction report

Retrospective construction report for 23–29 May, Naval Artillery Battalion 605, Batterie Annes, entered with the 3–5 June report: lining of the fire-control post was completed and embankment work continued. The machinery bunker was embanked. Excavation continued for the fire-control-post accommodation and crew accommodation, together with levelling work. Battery personnel strengthened the wire obstacles, poured the base for the decontamination barrack and installed temporary lighting in the fire-control post. The separately dated ammunition-bunker pour is recorded under 27 May.
