F.K. 26/28 entered harbour with the English LCP landing craft. It was an open wooden boat, 10 metres long and 3 metres wide, with a draught of 1 metre. Its estimated speed was about 5 knots. A leak caused when it was beached on the Minquiers had been repaired. The engine was being overhauled. Its horsepower figure could not be read. It had fittings aft for mounting two machine guns. Apart from hoisting strops, the boat carried no equipment.
Handwritten marginal annotation beside the landing-craft description: [illegible].
