2 September 1943 Channel Islands antiaircraft battery personnel replacement

In reply to an enquiry, the operations officer of Air District Headquarters Western France reports that the personnel of all anti-aircraft battalions on the Channel Islands are being replaced, beginning on 1 September 1943. On each of the three islands, the arrangements ensure that only one battery at a time is out of action for two days. Completion is expected by the end of 1943.
