2 July 1943 Monthly intelligence report for June

Secret. To Seventh Army, Ic/Counterintelligence. The corps submits its June report with the reports of the divisions and Artillery Commander 118. The population’s outward attitude is unchanged: correct and reserved. Military events provoke general speculation and rumour. On the islands, whispering propaganda says that 14 July, the French national holiday, will bring an attempted British landing.
