18 February 1945 Underwater obstruction damages PT 456

Summary: PT 456 sailed for Channel Islands patrol at 1920. At 2000 she struck an underwater obstruction at the recorded position 49°31′59″ N 01°51′50″ W. Vibration required one engine to be stopped and she returned at 2210.
