16–31 July 1942 Guernsey harbour period totals

207 vessels entered the harbour and 205 left. Measures ordered by the Naval Commandant Normandy were carried out as prescribed. No events of importance to the war were reported under the Harbour Commandant heading; the harbour-protection section separately reports the attack of 18 July. No special incidents occurred on the remaining days.
