13 September 1944 US Navy island patrol abandoned because of rough seas

PT 499, PT 501, PT 502, PT 503, PT 506 and PT 507 departed at 2030 but rough seas caused their return at 2110, mooring at 2140. PT 505 left Cherbourg at 1600 and moored at Portland at 1800. [J screenshot 3]
