13 August, 00:20, Ida 5: took over convoy and returned toward Saint Peter Port under M 4613's commander. Convoy comprises Claus, Chiemsee, Paul Jean and Isigny; source diagrams preserved. 04:40: boats and convoy entered Saint Peter Port. Escort task: at 23:00 M 4613 and M 4614 with Maas, tug Guêpe 58 and lighter Guêpe 76 to Saint-Malo direct. Boats ready to sail in harbour. At about 22:00 escort office, through Saint Peter Port harbour commandant, postponed task 24 hours owing to fog. Signed Fieguth.
