Motor transport continued
Since the reserved quantities of solid motor fuel promised by the Military Commander have so far reached the troops only in small amounts, they have been requested again at the suggestion of the Chief Quartermaster West. Delivery of complete trainloads to the corps headquarters is envisaged. The corps headquarters are made responsible for storage.
Prisoners of war and administrative affairs Qu 2
Captain Hartrich, the prisoner-of-war officer on the staff of the Commander Southwest France, reports that considerable expenditure would be required to restore the sports camp at Rennes. The camp will therefore not be used as an Army prisoner collecting point. The barracks and other fittings still usable will be employed to enlarge the camp at Trévé near Loudéac.

Prisoners of war and administrative affairs Qu 2
LXXXIV Army Corps headquarters reports supply deficiencies affecting the civilian population of the Channel Islands. Following consultation with Military Administration Department Chief Sussdorf on the staff of the Commander Northwest France, the gaps in supply are attributed to transport and replenishment difficulties. A request to the Chief Quartermaster of Commander-in-Chief West stresses the importance of supplying the islands, particularly in the event of combat, and asks that remedial action be taken in conjunction with the General of Transportation West and the Military Commander France, and that the measures taken be reported.
