12 January 1943 Operations daily report

Several enemy aircraft flew into and out of the 716th Division sector. On 12 January a four-engined bomber flew over the sea south of Saint Helier harbour. It is suspected of dropping mines; investigations have begun. Shipping communications with the Channel Islands have been interrupted by storms for three days. No further special incidents.
