11 April 1943 Channel Islands Sea Defence diary

Weather: wind 315°, 3 m/sec. An enemy aircraft crashed near La Corbière after being engaged by anti-aircraft fire on Jersey. FK 23 recovered its three-man crew and an empty rubber dinghy. No aircraft wreckage was sighted. The prisoners and the dinghy were handed to Jersey Airfield Command after the boat entered harbour.
