10 July, 06:30: M 4600, M 4605, M 4607 and convoy anchored in Saint Aubin roads; W force 3, sea 3–4, good visibility. 11:35: boats secured in Saint Helier. Written Convoy Office order: at 22:30 take Roslea, René Marguerite, Claus, Guynemer, Guêpe 76, barge H 65 PM and Maas to Granville, Holstein and Spes Salutis to Saint-Malo. 22:00: WSW force 6, sea 4–5, poor visibility; postponed 24 hours.
