Partly cloudy, S 7–8, visibility 3–4 nautical miles, heavier sea. 0210: Vp 703/04 departed for Guernsey with Karel. 0530: Vp 711 arrived from Cherbourg. 0600: Vp 711/208 departed for Cherbourg. 0830: FK 21/08 returned [boat numbers overtyped]. 1825: FK 05/22 went to patrol position. 2015: Both returned because of the weather.
